SHIPPING POLICY
All our items are shipped from the United Kingdom. We pride ourselves on packing your vinyl with the utmost care and attention. We use custom made reinforced cardboard mailers for Vinyl Records and padded envelopes for CD's. If you have special packaging requirements, please message us with your order. We always endeavour to ship within 24 hours of initial order. If an item ordered is sold out or out of stock and unavailable, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

We use Royal Mail Tracked Services for all deliveries within the United Kingdom
The Rest of the World
Customs
It has become quite difficult to send items overseas since Brexit. If you wish to order from overseas, please do so from our Discogs Shop as this is set up to collect the applicable taxes for United States and Australasia. Discogs also provides an IOSS number for orders to mainland Europe.
Taxes will not be collected on orders placed on this website. Therefore, it is possible that the carriers will charge tax before or on delivery in your country.
VAT
After July 1, 2021, orders equal to or less than 150 EUR have VAT applied to them, and orders greater than 150 EUR have import VAT and duties applied. Strummer Room Records are currently trading below the threshold to be registered for VAT in the UK, so will not be charging VAT at checkout and until further notice, the customer will pay any taxes due to the shipping carrier upon delivery.
Order Tracking
We send all orders via Royal Mail Tracked service and we will update your order with the tracking information.
Pre-Orders
Payment will be taken when the customer pre-orders a forthcoming release. Item(s) will be shipped with 24 hours of us receiving it from the label.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
