Condition of Items

Each package is checked before being posted. On the very rare occasion that an item is genuinely faulty or the incorrect item is sent, returns will be honoured.

Returns

Please contact us first to get return authorisation and return items within 14 days after receiving your item. If we have sent the incorrect item or the item is faulty we will refund all postage and the cost of the item. If an item is returned for any other reason, the customer will only be refunded the cost of the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot take responsibility for loss or damages incurred in transit. However, if you your package was sent by tracked & signed delivery and it has been lost in the mail, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

To start a return, you can contact us at strummerroom@btinternet.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
