Issued in a wide-spine gatefold cover with 22 page black and white booklet. The first issues were printed by Euro-Albums Holland B.V. and have a soft, almost pastel grey finish whereas later issues look ‘blacker’. This later pressing was printed and made by [l264326 On the spine of the outer cover, there is: the group name, album name, ‘Track Deluxe Double’ and 2657 013. Very first pressings have a "Delta" on each matrix of the four sides. This pressings has 2 "slashes" on the matrix of the four sides and TML-M stamped.
